notice how the drivers door doesnt have much fire damage...thats cos i had it open with head sticking out of it so i could breathe and see where to pull over on the a66 :shock:

either fuel line rubbing against tinware as it comes through the rear tin...or carb...or combination of the 2

only advice i can offer, is if you smell strong petrol smelll, turn the engine off and get out,

wheels re-lived onto the mk2 16v golf i had at the time and the bumpers went with the rest of the car when i sold it

if you have a ghia...i`m gonna have to kill you :lol:

this so devastating. i'm so sorry. your probably sick of everyone saying sorry but there you go. my camper smells of petrol al the time when i drive. i'm getting it converted to gas at this very moment and i've told the guy to check the engine for me etc etc so should be ok
