Dear all,

You may have noticed that the project looks like its gone a bit quiet at the mo.
I am still on VW Research duty but have to sit down for a couple of months
to look at all your words of wisdom, not only on this forum but also from
all the much appreciated things people have said about their vans at festivals.

Please do keep responding to questions on this forum and we can catch up soon.
I would still like to do an interview/cup-of-tea-and-talk-about-vans session with
a few more people (Hello Barry and Wendy et al) .

Meanwhile Paris my Van will be going into storage soon so thats her in hibernation for the winter.

Big hugs for now

Sharon

Hi Sharon,

Great to hear your still plowing on with the research, I have a 66 bug and use him as my daily driver.

His name is Sven and I have used him through summer and winter. When we had all that bad snow last year he never let me down got me to work and back every day. :) much to my delight especially when people were getting stuck at work in there 4 x 4 and my lovely bug just tootled back and forth.

We never put Karl (the bus) or Sven in storage they are used all year round and some of our best camping trips have been during the winter months.

Good luck with the research and hopefully we will catch up soon for a chat
