:D Found this about 20 years ago been in a nice building for nearly 30years ,Munga Auto Union were took over by VW and the follow on of this vehicle was the iltis :D

3 cylinder two stroke took a couple of days to get running but did not want to buy if coud'nt hear it going ,, very compact engine that runs realy sweat ,,the vehicle is in great condition with very low use

Think it came over from Holland in the late 70's ,after very little service ,,
chassis is very good , suspension parts look the same front and rear so could be made to have four wheel steer 8) pics in a mo

:D yes ray its over me parents in the pics , you can just make out the hibernating split behind it

quite rare to find one in this condition ,, clutch is stuck at the mo but they use early beetle/356 clutch , bay shockers , mini or land rover points can be made to fit , & old British motorcycle coils but have seen one with three beetle type coils , three sets of points work off a rottor at the front of the crank 8)

when i first started it i had fuel/oil in a small bottle quite a strong mix of oil so smoked the shed out , but it ran surprisingly smooth :)

....yeh, Munga Jerries - there are a few in the North East Military Vehicle club.
- they were designed so that they can be stacked on top of each other when transported by the Military.

certainly different, but parts may be a problem
